Previously we posted on the new laboratory compliance testing procedures and forms for Eurofins. Eurofins has recently informed us that they’ve now changed lab forms and there are now different forms for different types of water systems and/or account holders.
- Group A Water Systems and all Account Holders (including Group B with a Eurofins account) – submit the Group A and Account Holder Form AND the Group A and Account Holder Compliance Form, if it is a compliance sample
- Group B Water Systems w/o an Account – submit the Group B Form
- Individual Well Owners – submit the Individual Well Owner Form
The forms and listed fees may be different because of payment methods and if minimum fees apply.
