Informal comment on PFAS rulemaking from Whidbey Island Water Systems Associations
On Friday January 17th, Whidbey Island Water Systems Association held a special member meeting to discuss the draft changes to WAC 246-290 and to agree on comments to be submitted on behalf of the membership during the informal comment period ending January 31st, 2020. Comments were discussed and approved unanimously by the water system representatives in attendance. As discussed at the meeting, the board has sent in by email those comments and a list of the water systems in attendance. A copy of the email is linked below.
