Treasurer’s Report Jim Patton will present the Treasurer’s Report. Motion to approve the Treasurer’s Report.
Review and Approve Budget for 2015 Jim Patton will present the draft budget for 2016. Motion to approve Budget
Nomination and election of Directors Motion to elect Directors
“World Café” Board Members and Members will distribute themselves at the discussion tables for the purpose of voicing concerns and suggestions about the problems and responsibilities of managing and operating small water systems on Whidbey Island. After 40 minutes Board Members will articulate the sense of each of these separate discussions
